Signal & Noise ("the App") is a mobile pattern recognition game developed by Hearth & Hammer, LLC, operating under the Forgebound Labs game studio label. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how data is handled within the App.
Signal & Noise does not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require account creation, login, or any form of user registration. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information are collected by us.
Signal & Noise uses Google AdMob to display optional rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, including device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier), general location data, and information about ad interactions. This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
All advertisements in Signal & Noise are opt-in rewarded ads. You are never forced to view an ad. Ad placements include optional round retry, signal reveal, and slow time opportunities.
Signal & Noise offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. This purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework. We do not receive or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you purchase "Remove Ads," no advertising SDKs will load or collect data during your use of the App.
Signal & Noise stores minimal gameplay data locally on your device, such as high scores, gameplay statistics, and your purchase status for the Remove Ads feature. This data is stored using standard iOS mechanisms (UserDefaults) and never leaves your device or is transmitted to any server.
Signal & Noise is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
