Live Working Session
This is the forge. 60–90 minutes where we pressure-test your concept, ask the uncomfortable questions kindly, and surface blind spots together. No pitching. No selling. Just honest strategic conversation.
Post-Session Starter Kit
Walk away with a clear articulation of your idea, top risks to address, next actions, a "commit or pause" decision point, and optional paths forward.
