Tim is a neighbor and artist whose work captures desert sunsets and quiet emotional landscapes in burnt orange and midnight blue. Rather than a traditional client engagement, we built his entire storefront on a 5% revenue share model — proof that sustainable partnerships don't always start with a check.
The Challenge
Tim had the art but no way to sell it. He needed more than a portfolio — he needed a complete ecommerce presence that felt authentic to his work. The challenge was building something premium on a shoestring, in a way that aligned incentives for both parties.
Our Approach
We proposed a revenue share model: H&H builds the full storefront at no upfront cost, and takes 5% of sales through Stripe Connect. This meant Tim could launch immediately without financial risk, while we had skin in the game to build something that actually converts. The site was designed around his aesthetic — moody gradients, warm typography, and a shop experience that lets the art breathe.
